By accessing or using Wordrig ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Service Description
Wordrig provides AI-powered IELTS exam preparation services including practice tests, writing and speaking feedback, study plans, and related educational content.
3. Recording Consent (Mandatory)
By enrolling in our Service, you consent to the recording of your speaking and writing activities. This consent is mandatory and cannot be revoked while maintaining an active subscription, as recordings are essential for providing our grading services.
All recordings are retained by Wordrig for a minimum of 24 months
Users cannot delete their own recordings
Recordings may be reviewed by AI systems and human teachers
Recordings are used for grading, quality assurance, and service improvement
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Band Guarantee
Our Band Guarantee is subject to eligibility requirements including completing at least 80% of your prescribed study plan, logging minimum practice hours, and maintaining an account in good standing. See our Pricing page for full eligibility criteria.
6. Payment and Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all plans. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. After this period, refunds are at our discretion.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Wordrig and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
